Group Coaching Sessions
For Prenatal & Postnatal
“Mothers are the experts in their recovery. A woman needs a safe, healing place where she can be supported by other women who are mothers too, to explore her issues so she can negotiate her own healing and take up her own journey.” – Penny Handford (Social worker)
“Health and human companionship do go hand in hand.” -Dr. Jame Lynch in his book The Broken Heart: The Medical Consequences of Loneliness.
These are the reasons why I have formed group coaching for you. Group support offers you the best chance of enhancing your new life as a new mother. Connecting with other mothers will warm your life with new relationships. This will make your new identity as a mother more organic, smooth learning curves, and help you build a connection with the Divinity of Motherhood which you have now officially entered.
Knowledge, wisdom, and preparation reduce anxiety, fear, and lack of confidence and increase your inner peace, joy, and self-trust. If this is what you are looking for, this is the right place to be. Thank you for choosing us. I am honored you chose me as your coach and this group to be your tribe and village.
Group Session Guidelines of Conduct:
- Peace. Prepare a calming atmosphere where you are.
- Presence. Be here now, turn off the phones and other distractions. Secure your kids with someone responsible, trustworthy, and kind before you jump on a zoom call with Divine Postpartum Coaching.
- Pleasure. Get something you like to drink or eat.
- Equality. “We” over “me.” Share the airtime.
- Gratitude. Take it in. This might be as good as it gets.
- Harmony. It’s not a competition. We already like you just the way you are.
- Comfort. Get comfy. Take a break. It’s all about relaxation.
- Truce. No drama. No gossip. No backbiting. No ganging up on each other. Choose now to set all the differences aside and focus on shared similarities.
- Togetherness. Build relationships and narratives.
Maiden to Mother Support” is your “Mother’s Haven” and tribe. This is a place of peace and security, where we choose to celebrate, inspire, and embrace our authentic selves.

Group sessions with Maiden to Mother Support are designed for women in both the prenatal and postpartum stages of motherhood. Our prenatal meetings will focus on preparing you for a mindful “pause-partum” experience. Even if you have already given birth, it is not too late to learn how to create a nurturing pause-partum. Postpartum distress may occur within the first three years of motherhood, and it is important to slow down and take time for yourself. Recognize your own vulnerability, celebrate yourself and the amazing job your body did and continues to do in becoming a mother to a newborn child. All new mothers deserve plenty of praise, encouragement, affirmations, and care.
Group sessions will provide:
- Emotional support.
- Psychological support.
- Social support.
- Online community support.
- Meditation sessions & Yoga Nidra for Postpartum.
- Basic self care planning and strategizing with you (in order for you to get some sleep, shower, meals, chores done for you, time with the other kids and partners)
- Support for rest and nourishment.
- Understanding of changes in the dynamics in your family unit.
- Research in helping you connect with community resources where you are.
- Strategies on how to give someone you trust the work of thinking, planning, and doing when you need to just rest.

My Methods
The word “postpartum” has negative connotations in our society. Consequently, postpartum is often a time of anxiety, guilt, and isolation. Thinking of the time after giving birth as a pause-partum(TM) can increase your well-being during this pivotal changing point in your life. Becoming a mother brings out the parts of you that are in desperate need of curiosity, acceptance, love, healing, and collaboration. Motherhood requires a good relationship with yourself and pause-partum(TM) is an opportunity to meet and get to know your truest self. Don’t run away from her. Run towards her.
Maiden to Mother Support is focused on inner connection, love, peace, and freedom. We are here to guide you in:
-
Creating an organic, personalized pause-partum plan
(and adjustments when needed)
-
Embracing your truest self: whole, healthy, sane and safe
-
Exploring personal beliefs about self and life before and after giving birth and entering motherhood
-
Re-writing the beliefs from postpartum to pause-partum
-
Learn the sacred art of becoming an inner loving parent to your inner child and inner teen.
-
Learning relational intelligence
-
Using targeted language to decrease suffering and increase well-being
-
Getting to know your new values and practice value-based living
-
Learning to motivate yourself with love instead of fear
-
Practicing integrating all parts of yourself and cultivate alert attention of awakened consciousness daily
Why are these women better off after using my services?
At Maiden to Mother Support, our mission is to nurture the emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual needs of first-time mothers. We help women cultivate presence and gain clarity through breathwork, clean eating, prioritizing self-awareness, articulating their needs, and planning how to meet them effectively. Our approach includes active listening, creating space for reflection, providing education, offering encouragement, and guiding you to operate from your truest self. If your preparation efforts falter, we will continue to support you in learning and growing to deeper levels of consciousness together.

Positive experiences during this time of incredible change can turn a women’s life path toward health and security.” By Laurie A. Kanyer
